Money dispute over sex with male lab technician led to ISRO scientist’s murder

Hyderabad: ISRO arm National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA) scientist S. Suresh Kumar was murdered in Hyderabad four days ago due to a dispute over payment after gay sex, police said on Friday.

Police uncovered the murder case with the arrest of a lab technician who allegedly had sexual relations with the deceased.

Kumar, 56, was murdered in his flat in Amirpet area in the middle of the city on Tuesday. He was associated with NRSA, a part of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).

Police said the accused, identified as J Srinivas, killed the scientist during an argument over payment after sexual activity.
